    Ingredients

    • 4 sea bass fillets
    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

    Method
