    • 1 sea bream, cleaned and gutted
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

    • 1/4 cup white wine

    • Begin by seasoning the sea bream with salt and pepper.

    • Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

    • Once the oil is hot, add the sea bream to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through.

    • Add the garlic, oregano, and thyme and cook for an additional minute.

    • Add the lemon wedges and parsley and cook for another minute.

    • Pour in the white wine and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened.

    • Serve the sea bream with the lemon and parsley sauce.
