    Seafood saute is a quick and delicious meal that uses frozen seafood mix. The only thing you need to do is avoid overcooking seafood.

    Ingredients

    • 2 lb. frozen mixed seafood
    • 4 tablespoons melted butter
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    • 1/2 small lemon and chopped parsley

    Method

    • Melt butter in large skillet and garlic and cook over a medium heat until garlic is soft.
    • Add seafood to melted butter in the saucepan and add seasonings. Stir frequently to avoid burning.
    • Cook over medium-high heat until seafood is cooked through, approximately 10 minutes.
    • Serving Suggestions: Serve with lemon wedges and chopped parsley. It is also best to serve it along with a crusty bread for dipping in the sauce, or serve it atop rice.
