Ingredients
2 lb. frozen mixed seafood
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 small lemon and chopped parsley
Method
Melt butter in large skillet and garlic and cook over a medium heat until garlic is soft.
Add seafood to melted butter in the saucepan and add seasonings. Stir frequently to avoid burning.
Cook over medium-high heat until seafood is cooked through, approximately 10 minutes.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
It is also best to serve it along with a crusty bread for dipping in the sauce, or serve it atop rice.
