    Ingredients

    • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 3 tablespoons butter
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/2 cup white wine
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)

    Method

    • Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
    • Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    • Add the white wine and lemon juice and stir to combine.
    • Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    • Add the parsley, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
    • Reduce the heat to low and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
    • Serve hot with red pepper flakes, if desired.
