    This oven-baked sea bass is a delicious fish dinner with a 10-minute prep and quick cooking time. The sea bass recipe only requires a few common ingredients!

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb sea bass
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves
    • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 lemon wedges
    • 1/3 cup white wine

    Method

    • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
    • Wash and pat dry the fish.
    • In a bowl, toss the fish, garlic, and the next 3 ingredients together.
    • Transfer to an oiled baking sheet, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, epending on the thickness of the fish.
    • When the fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork, remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
    • Arrange lemon wedges around the cooked bass and serve.
    • Garnish with additional fresh parsley leaves and pepper to taste.
    • Serving Suggestions: Serve warm with baked potatoes or plantains.
