    Ingredients

    • Soft shell crabs
    • Flour
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Egg
    • Milk
    • Oil for frying

    Method

    • Begin by prepping the Soft Shell Crab. Rinse the crabs in cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. 
    • In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper. 
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. 
    • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 
    • Dip the crabs in the egg and milk mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture. 
    • Carefully place the crabs in the hot oil and fry for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown. 
    • Remove the crabs from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
