    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
    • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
    • 1/2 cup sliced onions
    • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

    Method

    • To prepare the Squid and Noodle Stir Fry, begin by heating the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
