    Ingredients

    • 2 cans (7 oz each) tuna, drained
    • 2 ripe avocados, pitted and diced
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 4 large tortillas
    • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
    • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
    • 1/2 cup diced red onion

    Method

    • In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, avocado, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Divide the mixture evenly among the four tortillas.
    • Top each wrap with lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
    • Roll up the wraps and enjoy.
