    Ingredients

    • 2 cans of tuna, drained
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup diced celery
    • 2 tablespoons diced onion
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 4 slices of bread
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Method

    • In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
    • Spread the mixture onto the slices of bread.
    • Top with the cheese slices.
    • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
