Slice the baby squid into rings and set them aside.
Slice up the spring onion, and red onion.
In a wok/pan, add 1 tablespoon oil and saute onion. till it softens. Adding a little salt to taste.
Add the sliced baby squids and stir fry. Add in water if required.
Pour in 1 teaspoon each of turmeric, black pepper, lemon juice. Pour more oil if required.
Add chilli. Cover and cook for a minute.
Remove from heat and add chopped spring onions.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with rice and extra lemon wedges.
