    • 1 cup grated zucchini
    • 2 tablespoons plain flour
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
    • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
    • Vegetable oil for frying

    Method
