Our frozen fish is processed and frozen within 3 to 4 hours of being caught, locking in all the flavour, texture and nutrition at the peak of freshness. By contrast, fish sold as “fresh” in supermarkets can be up to 14 days old by the time it reaches your plate. Our Frozen Guarantee

We take the safe delivery of your order extremely seriously. Your fish is stored in our commercial freezers at -21°C. When your order is packed, it is placed in thick polystyrene insulated boxes with dry ice at -60°C, keeping everything well below freezing for up to 24 hours. The boxes are taped shut, shrink-wrapped, and stored back in our freezer until the courier arrives. Your order is couriered overnight and arrives at your door completely frozen, guaranteed.
