    Ingredients

    • 1 pound prepared pizza dough
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 cup sliced anchovies
    • 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves

    Method

    • To make Tuna Fish Cakes, start by draining the canned tuna. 
    • While the rice is cooking, prepare the eel by grilling or frying it.
    • Put the tomato paste, olives, and butter into a blender or food processor and whizz until smooth.
    • Put the oats in the blender or food processor, slightly broken up.
    • Coat the fillets with the butter mixture while grilling.
    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the fish cakes.
    • 7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the sauce.
    • Dip in the flour and coat each fishcake. Dip in the egg and then coat with crumbs. Repeat this process until you have 24 fishcakes. Chill the fish cakes for one hour.
    • 9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
    • 10. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.
