Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the cod fillets in a single layer in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the cod fillets, turning them to coat both sides.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and top with the melted butter and parsley.
Serve with lemon wedges.
