    Ingredients

    • 1 Dover sole, cleaned
    • 1/4 cup butter, melted
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/4 cup dry white wine
    • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
    • Lemon wedges, for garnish

    Method

    • Preheat oven to 375°F.
    • Place the Dover sole in a greased baking dish.
    • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper.
    • Pour the mixture over the fish and spread evenly.
    • Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top and bake for 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
    • Remove from oven and garnish with parsley, chives and lemon wedges.
