Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
Place the haddock fillets in the baking dish.
Top with the bacon, cheddar cheese, onion, garlic, and white wine.
In a separate bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, butter, parsley, and salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the top of the haddock.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the haddock is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
