    Ingredients

    • 1 whole sea bass, cleaned and scaled
    • 1 lemon, sliced
    • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
    • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
    • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    • 1 tablespoon of butter
    • 2 tablespoons of white win
    • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

    Method

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Place the sea bass in a greased baking dish.
    • Season the fish with salt and pepper.
    • Arrange the lemon slices and herbs on top of the fish.
    • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, butter and white wine.
    • Pour the mixture over the fish.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
    • Garnish with the chopped parsley and serve.
