To prepare Barramundi with Avocado and Tomato Salsa, begin by seasoning the barramundi fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Once the pan is hot, add the barramundi fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through.
Meanwhile, combine the diced avocado, tomatoes, red onion, coriander, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix until all of the ingredients are evenly combined.
Once the barramundi is cooked through, remove it from the pan and serve it with the salsa. Enjoy!
