Begin by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Season your catfish fillets with chilli powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper.
Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with the olive oil.
Bake for 15 minutes until the fish is cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
Once the fish has finished cooking, assemble your tacos.
Place a few pieces of the catfish in each taco shell and top with the shredded cabbage, tomatoes, red onion, jalapenos, cilantro, sour cream, and lime juice.
For an extra cheesy touch, you can add some shredded cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy!
