    Ingredients

    • 1 lb. catfish fillets
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 8 soft taco shells
    • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
    • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup diced red onion
    • 1/4 cup diced jalapenos
    • 1/4 cup diced cilantro
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup lime juice
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

    Method

    • Begin by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    • Season your catfish fillets with chilli powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper.

    • Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with the olive oil.

    • Bake for 15 minutes until the fish is cooked and flakes easily with a fork.

    • Once the fish has finished cooking, assemble your tacos.

    • Place a few pieces of the catfish in each taco shell and top with the shredded cabbage, tomatoes, red onion, jalapenos, cilantro, sour cream, and lime juice.

    • For an extra cheesy touch, you can add some shredded cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy!
