    Ingredients

    • 1 lb cooked crab meat
    • 1/2 cup diced red onion
    • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
    • 1/4 cup diced jalapeno
    • 1/4 cup diced cilantro
    • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
    • 1 avocado, diced (optional)
    • 1/4 cup diced mango (optional)

    Method

    • To make Crab Ceviche, start by combining the crab meat, diced vegetables, lime juice, olive oil, and spices in a bowl. 

    • Mix everything together until the ingredients are evenly distributed. 

    • Then, cover the bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours. 

    • Once chilled, the ceviche is ready to be served.
