    Ingredients

    Method

    • Step-by-Step Method: Crab Claws with Garlic Lemon Butter
    • Prepare crab claws: Thaw if using frozen, then rinse and pat dry
    • Mince garlic finely and chop parsley; set both aside
    • Cut butter into small cubes for easy melting
    • Juice the lemon and measure out the needed amount
    • Select and measure out desired herbs and spices
    • In a small saucepan, melt butter gently over low heat
    • Add minced garlic to the melted butter; sauté until just fragrant
    • Stir in lemon juice, herbs, and spices; simmer briefly to combine flavors
    • In a separate large pan, arrange crab claws in a single layer
    • Pour the hot garlic lemon butter mixture evenly over the crab claws
    • Cover pan and gently heat crab claws on medium, occasionally basting with the butter sauce until heated through (about 5–7 minutes)
    • Uncover and increase heat slightly to allow sauce to reduce and coat the claws, 2–3 minutes
    • Turn off heat; sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the crab claws
    • Transfer crab claws to a warm serving platter
    • Spoon extra pan sauce over the claws for glossy finish
    • Garnish with lemon wedges for squeezing and fresh parsley for color
    • Serve immediately, optionally with crusty bread to mop up sauce or a light salad on the side
