Start by removing the heads and tails of the crayfish. Then, cut the crayfish into small pieces.
Next, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and add the garlic.
Sauté the garlic for a few minutes, and then add the crayfish pieces. Cook the crayfish for about five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the crayfish is cooked, add the white wine and cream. Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the sauce has been reduced, add the fettuccine to the pan. Stir the mixture until the pasta is cooked.
Once the pasta is cooked, add the parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are combined.
Finally, serve the Crayfish Fettuccine with grated Parmesan cheese.
