Mix the butter and garlic in a saucepan.
Melt the butter on medium heat.
Add the lemon juice and seasoning to the butter.
Simmer the butter mixture.
Place the fillets in the pan and cook over medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes per side, continually topping the fish with the garlicky butter.
The fish is done when it flakes with a fork. Remove from the frying pan and serve.
