Rinse each oyster under cold running water to remove any bits of shell.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in cheese, parsley, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, red pepper, and hot sauce. Cook, stirring frequently until cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth for about 2 minutes. Set aside.
Grill oysters over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, or until edges begin to brown.
Divide cheese mixture among the oysters. Top with any additional garnish that appeals to you. Serve immediately.
