    Ingredients

    • 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    • 1/4 cup dry white wine
    • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
    • Lemon wedges, for garnish

    Method

    • Begin by preparing the marinade. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
    • Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
    • Next, heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
    • Remove the shrimp from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
    • Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
    • Combine the white wine, lemon juice, and butter in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced slightly.
    • Add the grilled shrimp and toss to coat.
    • Serve with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
