Season the trout fillets with salt and pepper to prepare grilled trout with lemon butter.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.
Once the butter is melted, add the trout fillets and cook for about 3 minutes per side or until the fish is cooked through.
Remove the trout from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the lemon juice and simmer until the sauce has thickened.
Pour the sauce over the trout and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
