    Ingredients

    • 2 trout fillets
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
    • 1 lemon, sliced into wedges

    Method

    • Season the trout fillets with salt and pepper to prepare grilled trout with lemon butter. 

    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter. 

    • Once the butter is melted, add the trout fillets and cook for about 3 minutes per side or until the fish is cooked through. 

    • Remove the trout from the skillet and set aside. 

    • In the same skillet, add the lemon juice and simmer until the sauce has thickened.

    • Pour the sauce over the trout and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
