    Ingredients

    • 4 (6-ounce) halibut fillets
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    Method

    • Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper to prepare Halibut with Cilantro-Lime Sauce. 
    • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 
    • Once the oil is hot, add the fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. 
    • While the fish is cooking, mix the cilantro-lime sauce ingredients in a bowl. 
    • Once the halibut is cooked, pour the sauce over the top and let the flavours meld together.
