To prepare Halibut with Roasted Garlic and Herb Sauce, begin by preheating the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the halibut fillets in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, oregano, basil, thyme, pepper, and salt. Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Add the parsley, lemon juice, wine, and chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Remove the halibut from the oven and transfer it to a plate. Top with the roasted garlic and herb sauce and garnish with capers. Serve immediately.
