    Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

    Method

    • To prepare Honey Mustard Salmon, preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 
    • Mix the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl. 
    • Next, season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. 
    • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush the honey mustard sauce over them. 
    • Bake the salmon in the oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through. 
    • Serve the salmon with your favourite sides and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
