    Ingredients

    • 1 lb of Lobster meat
    • 1 package of Ravioli pasta
    • 1/4 cup of Butter
    • 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
    • 1/4 cup of White wine
    • 1/2 cup of Cream
    • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh parsley (optional)

    Method

    • Begin by cooking the ravioli according to the package instructions.

    • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

    • Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.

    • Pour in the white wine and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

    • Add the cream and Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese is melted.

    • Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.

    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    • Serve the ravioli with fresh parsley, if desired.
