To prepare Monkfish with Cilantro and Lime, combine the olive oil, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and sea salt in a bowl and mix until everything is well combined.
Next, add the monkfish fillets to the bowl and coat them with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let the monkfish marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Once the monkfish is marinated, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the monkfish fillets. Cook the monkfish for 3-5 minutes per side or until the fillets are cooked through.
Once the monkfish is cooked, please remove it from the skillet and transfer it to a plate.
Sprinkle the chopped cilantro, parsley, and freshly ground black pepper over the top of the monkfish and drizzle with the juice of a lime.
Serve the monkfish with your favourite side dish, and enjoy!
