    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
    • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    Method

    • To prepare Monkfish with Cilantro and Lime, combine the olive oil, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and sea salt in a bowl and mix until everything is well combined.

    • Next, add the monkfish fillets to the bowl and coat them with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let the monkfish marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    • Once the monkfish is marinated, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the monkfish fillets. Cook the monkfish for 3-5 minutes per side or until the fillets are cooked through.

    • Once the monkfish is cooked, please remove it from the skillet and transfer it to a plate.

    • Sprinkle the chopped cilantro, parsley, and freshly ground black pepper over the top of the monkfish and drizzle with the juice of a lime.

    • Serve the monkfish with your favourite side dish, and enjoy!
