Ingredients
2 salmon steaks, about 6oz each and 1/2 inch thick
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Freshly chopped parsley, for serving
Method
Rinse salmon under cold water and pat dry.
Mix seasonings together and rub into the flesh of the salmon.
Melt butter in a nonstick pan.
Cook the salmon thoroughly on both sides.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with a baked potato, broccoli and orange juice for dinner.
