Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
In a small bowl, mix together the butter, parsley, chives, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the plaice fillets on a baking tray and spread the butter mixture over them.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the butter is lightly golden and bubbling.
Serve with a wedge of lemon.
