    Ingredients

    • 4 plaice fillets
    • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 tablespoons melted butter
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Lemon wedges for garnish (optional)

    Method

    • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
    • In a bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and melted butter.
    • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
    • Place the plaice fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Spread the panko and Parmesan mixture over the plaice fillets.
