    Ingredients

    • 4 Pollock fish fillets
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Lemon wedges for garnish (optional)

    Method

    • Step-by-Step Method for Pollock Fish Fillet with Garlic & Parsley
    • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) for later use
    • Pat pollock fish fillets dry with a paper towel
    • Lay fish fillets on a plate and season both sides with salt and pepper
    • Mince garlic cloves and set aside
    • Chop fresh parsley leaves finely and set aside
    • Pour olive oil into a small bowl
    • Add minced garlic to the olive oil and stir to combine
    • Brush or spoon the garlic-olive oil mixture evenly over both sides of each fillet
    • Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly oil the surface
    • Arrange fish fillets evenly on the prepared baking tray
    • Place tray in preheated oven and bake fillets for 10–12 minutes, or until flakes easily with a fork
    • Remove tray from oven; sprinkle chopped parsley generously over each fillet
    • Optional: squeeze fresh lemon wedges over the cooked fillets for acidity and brightness
    • Transfer fillets to serving plates using a wide spatula
    • Plating suggestion: garnish with additional parsley or a wedge of lemon on the side
    • Serving suggestion: pair with a side salad, steamed vegetables, or roasted potatoes if desired
