    Ingredients

    • Cooked prawns
    • Cocktail sauce (mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, brandy, horseradish sauce)
    • Crisp lettuce
    • Cucumber
    • Avocado
    • Cherry tomatoes
    • Lemon wedges (optional)

    Method

    • Start by preparing the cocktail sauce. Combine the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, brandy, and horseradish sauce in a bowl and mix until combined.

    • Place the cooked prawns in a bowl and pour over the cocktail sauce.

    • Wash the lettuce and cucumber, then cut into strips.

    • Peel and slice the avocado.

    • Place the lettuce, cucumber, avocado, and cherry tomatoes on a plate. Top with the prawns and cocktail sauce.

    • Serve with lemon wedges (optional).
