    Ingredients

    • 4 (6-ounce) red snapper fillets
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    • 2 tablespoons butter

    Method

    • To prepare Red Snapper with Citrus and Herb Sauce, begin by preheating the oven to 375°F. 
    • Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. 
    • Add the red snapper fillets to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes per side. 
    • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, orange juice, parsley, chives, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
    • Pour the citrus and herb sauce over the snapper fillets and top with the butter. 
    • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
