To ensure that our customers receive only the freshest of fish, we always try to buy from Norwegian or Icelandic suppliers where stocks have been managed sustainably for over 20 years.
These are wild-caught in the deep Atlantic Ocean and filleted on-site within 3 hours of being caught before they are flash-frozen at -30°C (-22°F).
We carry Haddock which is an extremely versatile type of seafood because there are several dishes you can cook with it, such as Haddock au gratin, crispy tempura-style Haddock bites., Haddock in tomato basil sauce or zesty haddock accompanied by crushed potatoes and peas if desired!
What Does Haddock Taste Like?
