    • 4 red snapper fillets
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/3 cup white wine
    • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon butter

    Method

    • To prepare Red Snapper with White Wine and Herb Sauce, begin by seasoning the red snapper fillets with salt and pepper.
