    Ingredients

    • 2 salmon fillets
    • Salt and pepper
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 mango, peeled and diced
    • 1/2 red onion, diced
    • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

    Method

    • To prepare Salmon with Mango Salsa, start by seasoning the salmon with salt and pepper. 
    • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
