    Ingredients

    • 1 lb scallops
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/4 cup prepared pesto
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

    Method
