    Ingredients

    • 12 large scallops
    • 12 thin slices of prosciutto
    • 12 fresh sage leaves
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

    Method

    • To begin, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 
    • Once the oil is hot, add the scallops and cook for about two minutes on each side. 
    • Then take each scallop and wrap it with a slice of prosciutto and a sage leaf. 
    • Place the wrapped scallops back in the skillet and cook for an additional two minutes. 
    • Finally, season the scallops with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
