    • Step-by-Step Method: Scampi with Lemon Butter Sauce
    • Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and set aside
    • In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes
    • Mince garlic cloves and set aside
    • Chop fresh parsley and set aside
    • Grate Parmesan cheese and set aside
    • In a small container, freshly squeeze lemon juice and set aside
    • In a separate bowl, measure and melt butter, keeping it warm
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
    • Once oil is shimmering, add shrimp in a single layer (work in batches if necessary)
    • Sear shrimp until pink and opaque, about 1-2 minutes per side, then transfer to a clean plate
    • Lower heat to medium and add minced garlic to the same skillet; sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds
    • Pour in the white wine and deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits
    • Simmer the wine until reduced by half, about 1-2 minutes
    • Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pan and stir to combine
    • Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce
    • Pour the melted butter over the shrimp, tossing gently to combine
    • Add the salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes seasoning mix, tossing to evenly distribute
    • Remove skillet from heat; sprinkle chopped parsley and grated Parmesan over the shrimp
    • Toss or gently fold to combine ingredients, ensuring even coating
    • Plate the shrimp and sauce immediately on a warm serving platter or shallow bowl
    • Garnish with additional parsley or lemon wedges if desired
    • Serve as-is, or with a side of crusty bread, steamed vegetables, or over cooked pasta for a more substantial meal
