To prepare Sea Bass with Coconut-Curry Sauce, begin by heating the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and minced ginger and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the ground coriander, cumin, turmeric, curry powder, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, and cayenne pepper and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Next, add the coconut milk and vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Add the sea bass fillets and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Once the fish is cooked through, please remove it from the skillet and set aside.
Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and chopped cilantro to the sauce and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Taste the sauce and add salt to taste. Serve the sea bass fillets with the coconut-curry sauce, and enjoy!
