To begin, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the fish with salt and pepper and add it to the skillet.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping once, until the fish is golden and cooked through. Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the pesto, white wine, lemon juice, and butter. Stir to combine and cook until the butter is melted.
Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Return the fish to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Finally, stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
