    Ingredients

    • 4 sea bream fillets
    • 4 large tomatoes, diced
    • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
    • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Method

    • Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

    • Add the garlic and cook for a few minutes.

    • Add the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes are softened.

    • Add the sea bream fillets and cook for a few minutes until they are cooked through.

    • Sprinkle with the chopped basil and serve.
