Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash and pat dry the fish.
In a bowl, toss the fish, garlic, and the next 3 ingredients together.
Transfer to an oiled baking sheet, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, epending on the thickness of the fish.
When the fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork, remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Arrange lemon wedges around the cooked bass and serve.
Garnish with additional fresh parsley leaves and pepper to taste.
