To prepare Squid and Bacon Salad, start by cooking the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside.
Next, prepare the squid by cutting it into small pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then add the squid and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Once the squid is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, and feta cheese and mix together.
Finally, add the cooked bacon and squid and mix everything together.
