    Ingredients

    • 4 Mullet Fillets
    • 1/2 cup Spinach, chopped
    • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
    • 1/4 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
    • 1/4 cup Kalamata Olives, chopped
    • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • Lemon wedges for garnish (optional)

    Method

    • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    • Place the mullet fillets on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

    • In a small bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, garlic, and olive oil.

    • Divide the mixture evenly among the mullet fillets, stuffing each one.
