Season each blue marlin steak with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a wok for frying, add the marlin pieces and fry for 5 minutes or until cooked. Set aside.
In a pan over a low heat, gently fry the onion for 5 minutes, add the red bell peppers, celery and fry for another 5 minutes.
Mix the yellow curry seasonings and 100 mL of water, then add to the sauteed vegetables.
Add the Marlin steaks, mix gently, and steam over a low heat for 3 minutes.
Serve on a plate.
