    • 4 blue marlin steaks, about 150g each
    • 15 mL olive oil
    • 1 red onion, minced
    • 2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced
    • 4 stalks celery, cut diagonally
    • 350 mL Thai Yellow Curry Cooking Sauce


    • Season each blue marlin steak with salt and pepper.

    • Heat oil in a wok for frying, add the marlin pieces and fry for 5 minutes or until cooked. Set aside.

    • In a pan over a low heat, gently fry the onion for 5 minutes, add the red bell peppers, celery and fry for another 5 minutes.

    • Mix the yellow curry seasonings and 100 mL of water, then add to the sauteed vegetables.

    • Add the Marlin steaks, mix gently, and steam over a low heat for 3 minutes.

    • Serve on a plate.

    • Serving Suggestions: Serve with warm rice and your favorite vegetable side dish.
